GLACIER NATIONAL PARK - DAY 2

The crown jewel did not disappoint! Going-To-The-Sun Road here in Glacier NP is considered one of the world’s most spectacular highways. Amazing. Unbelievable. Breathtaking. Beyond being comprehensive ...

Logan’s Pass is the highlight at 6,646’ where there is a Visitor Center. The road hugs the cliffs right below the Continental Divide.

Designed to not obstruct or  take away from the view Going-To-The-Sun Road has many scenic turnouts and wayside exhibits to stop and enjoy. It took us three hours each way! So six hours total there and back.

Over the next few days Tim and I along with Jett will be off grid. So probably no posts until late Friday. When we do come back into civilization we will have so much to report about. I hate to continually say it but it will be even more SPECTACULAR than anything we have done on this adventure so far and a very special visit during this journey!!!

Today’s  quote -

‘Here comes the sun (doo doo doo)

Here comes the sun, and I say

It's all right’ - The Beatles
