10/8 - BALLOON FIESTA - DAY 4

The Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta gave us another spectacular day today. Tim and I went down onto the field for an early breakfast, Dawn Patrol and the morning balloon launch. There were a few clouds off in the distance this morning that added to the beautiful sunrise and backdrop for the balloons.

Today was the last morning that our Airstream group would be here. We have another reservation here in the same lot and will stay for the rest of Balloon Fiesta. Once we said all of our goodbyes and they departed Tim and I had to move to another part of the field to clear way for the next big group coming in. Our new location is not very far from where we were but we are now turned in a different direction to where we have an amazing view of the Sandia Mountains.

The weather has been really nice and since all of our friends were now gone our afternoon was spent sitting outside and enjoying our new view and the beautiful weather. There was no evening program down on the field at Balloon Fiesta or any socializing either tonight so we are hoping for an early night to turn in.

Starting tomorrow Tim and I will be doing some sight seeing of our own off property and around town to break things up a bit. We may even BREAK BAD ... a little!
