MELE KALIKIMAKA ...

Mele Kalikimaka is the thing to say on a bright Hawaiian Christmas Day
That's the island greeting that we send to you from the land where palm trees sway
Here we know that Christmas will be green and bright
The sun to shine by day and all the stars at night
Mele Kalikimaka is Hawaii's way to say Merry Christmas to you ...

Wait a minute!!!
Rrrrrrt ...
Is that Green Swamp I smell?
Yes, I think so ... We are at Lake Louisa State Park just south of Clermont. It's just a short 20 minute drive from the house and the perfect place to spend Christmas with family. This will be our first Christmas camping ... Hopefully not our last but the beginning of a wonderful Holiday Tradition.

If I squint really hard I can make believe the cypress trees in the swamp are Hawaiian palms swaying in the breeze and that smell is that of  a fruity coconut drink in my hand.

MERRY CHRISTMAS everyone!
